Steph is a hybrid executive coach and team effectiveness consultant. Steph merges the world of coaching and therapy to help senior executive teams to: play to their strengths as individuals and as a team; develop their personal leadership styles as well as their identity as a team; lead through uncertainty and change; build emotional resilience in themselves and in their teams.
Steph has been running her Executive coaching and Leadership consultancy since 2011, and primarily works with Senior Leaders, Directors and the C-Suite. Steph has worked in a range of industries and sizes of organisations from small Tech start-ups to large well-established global brands such as, Harrods, Tesco and WeWork. Steph also has extensive experience in Financial and Professional Services working with organisations such as BNP Paribas, Clyde and Co, The Law Society. Omny Group (previously Corinthian Benefits), Ilumiti, RBS, Barclays and Aviva. Additionally, she has worked with charities and the public sector like the Alzheimer’s Society, and Avon and Somerset Police.
Steph has more recently helped to build leadership team effectiveness within the Sports industry, working with organisations like UK Sport, the Sports and Recreation Alliance, and the British Olympic Equestrian Team.
Prior to setting up her business, Steph worked in the corporate world of retail. She started her corporate career on the check-outs at Tesco serving the customers, and progressed quickly out of stores and into Head Office where she worked in the Group Leadership Academy developing the Leaders and their teams.
Throughout Steph’s career both when working as a Leadership Development Manager at Tesco and then in her Leadership Consultancy business, Steph has used and applied a range of high performing team development models and methods including Strengthscope Team and Lencioni’s 5 dysfunctions of a team.
