Our You Collective Lead programme is designed to take you through a methodology of personal reflection, self-leadership, challenge and transformation that will impact you, your team, organisation and society. We give you the space to see yourself and others more clearly, to test and learn new ways of tackling complex challenges.

Overview

Here we create space for leaders to connect with each other to reflect and learn about themselves, their leadership impact and how to engage and enable others. Taking time out of the day-to-day for analysis, growth, reflective practice, and a supportive leadership community.

The YC method is a scientific, empirically-based development programme for leaders, built on over 50 years of psychological behaviour-based team and leadership research. The programme focuses on uncovering purpose, current challenges and behaviours, exploring vulnerabilities, and truth, feelings and courage, building resilience and energy, and connecting to others meaningfully.

    Unlocking purpose

    Uncovering and getting clarity on your purpose and on the purpose of your organisation as well as your current context. Working to reframe and unpick unhelpful and limiting behaviours and habits, with strategies and techniques for reframing these towards more productive and positive ones.

    Building strength, resilience and a success mindset

    Connecting with your natural energy and strengths to build your self-belief. As a leader, it is essential to know what you love and what energises you and how to do more of that with skill.

    Clarity

    Creating consistent, simple messages that align to your purpose and to learn how to set clear expectations, give clear feedback and to speak your truth.

    Connecting

    Recognising and connecting to the diversity and value of the people around you and exploring ways to truly manage their potential, enabling others to succeed and grow.

    Delivery

    Taking action, and continuing to develop and grow, by trying not to get too comfortable in your knowledge and experience set, there’s always something new to learn.

Scoping

Time to understand your context and needs to ensure the right package and process for you to get the best out of your coaching.

Profiling

Exploring your readiness, landing in your current context and building self-awareness through psychometric profiling, stakeholder and family interviews, coaching and journaling.

The programme / YC method

Taking you through a series of online, or in person sessions on uncovering your purpose, current challenges and behaviours, exploring your truth, connecting to feelings, building resilience and energy, connecting to others meaningfully.

Coaching

121 online or in person coaching support as part of the programme to enable leaders to process, reflect and challenge themselves throughout. As well as ongoing virtual coaching support for two months following the YC method.

Online support

General support in between sessions to keep the pace up and support you throughout the programme.

Learning space

Providing you with the best space to learn and grow, from virtual platforms to in person locations.

    This isn’t a programme to pick up how to guides or management processes, this is a method to uncover what brings you to where you are now and how self exploration and introspection can guide you to a place of happiness and growth, giving you the strength to lead with authenticity.

    Online is for you if:
    You want to start to explore your personal leadership in your own time and space and be guided to reflect and journal about these observations.

    In-house is for you if:
    You and a leadership team or group would like to explore your leadership within an organisational structure, to either fit aspects of this programme into an existing programme or to be the standalone leadership programme within your organisation.

    Retreat is for you if:
    You want to take the time to disconnect and reconnect into who you are and explore your personal leadership. In a setting that will also provide space for daily meditation, silent workshops, breath work, beautiful spaces, nourishing foods and like-minded individuals.
