Paul Mehra

With over 30 years’ experience Paul has trained, developed, and coached hundreds of individuals, leaders and teams across a wide range of clients globally including Nationwide, Zurich, Unicredit, Howard Kennedy, Allen & Overy, Admiral, Kantar, Siemens, Takeda, World Bank Group, Wood Group, Inmarsat, MIND, The AA, HRA Pharma, Volker Vessels, AWS and many others.

His passion is helping individuals and teams be the best they can be, and to get the best from them to the advantage of their businesses as well as for themselves. For Paul, development means understanding all thatlife’s experiences throw at us and taking the positive learnings from them to grow and thrive.

Paul now coaches individuals across a wide spectrum of businesses, and works with leaders and teams to develop their awareness of strengths and how to deploy them effectively.

Paul often works with leaders in a coaching capacity, as well as facilitating development workshops for their senior leadership reports and wider teams. This gives him an opportunity to reflect with the leader what he sees in practice, and to work on how to adapt behaviours, and show up authentically, to become more productive and positive as a result.

Paul has operated in every field of learning and development, ranging from design and delivery of programmes, facilitation and delivery, consulting, training, and project management, to assessment talent management, coaching and mentoring.
