Larissa is Sales Director of You Collective and has over 10 years’ experience in business development and account management, the majority of which has been spent working with HR and L&D professionals.
Larissa has had leading roles in growing companies where she has defined and delivered new sales processes, and has played an integral role in helping enterprise clients such as Siemens, BT, WSP and Boots to embed new learning and leadership strategies with the end goal of building more productive and positive cultures.
Larissa’s professional relationships bring her immense joy and pride and she is never more energised than when she’s helping her clients to achieve exceptional results through consultative business partnering. Larissa believes it’s important to face into honest and sometimes uncomfortable conversations to uncover the truths that are often masked in corporate spaces, as once these truths are in the open, she is then able to fully support her clients to build better, more inclusive workplaces.
