Nejmi is a strategist, coach, speaker and facilitator. Nejmi leverages his extensive experience as a former strategy consultant, and scale-up leader, in his coaching practice to empower individuals and leaders towards new levels of growth and development in their career.

Nejmi has evolved in his practice through 9 years as a strategy consultant where he led transformation projects for clients such as Vodafone, Wincanton, Jaguar Land Rover and Arqiva. From this setting, Nejmi began to bring his strategic-thinking towards transformations of individuals too, retraining as a professional coach and developing a learning programme for 1000+ adult learners at Ed-Tech Unicorn, Multiverse.
