Her coaching partnerships interrupt bias and break down systemic barriers to shift culture and accelerate leadership brilliance at all levels. She is a group facilitator for career progression programmes that build key leadership capabilities and help global organisations strengthen their senior talent pipeline for under- represented groups. Part of this work includes courageous dialogues with senior leaders to build inclusive mindsets and behaviours that navigate bias and amplify their allyship.
She brings an integrated, human-centred approach to her work, connecting clients to their most authentic, best selves. Her style is engaging and energising, and she excels at building psychological safety – fast – coupled with challenge to drive change. Her methods embed the latest neuroscience which supports leaders to embody new ways of being, for lasting transformation.
Her career spans 20+ years directing creative training programmes and talent development hubs for leading organisations across the creative and cultural and mental health sectors. She discovered coaching whilst on maternity leave, and completed training in 2014 — becoming a full-time coach in 2017. Since then she has made a difference to hundreds of multi-level leaders across various sectors. Clients include: BBC, Deloitte, Tate Modern, ITV, GSK, Siemens Energy, Young Women’s Trust, Trinity Laban, GSK, NatWest, Marsh & McLennon, Morgan Stanley, eatbigfish, Women in TV & Film, Disney, Aviva, Lloyds Bank.
Originally from London, Jedda relocated to Brighton UK to start a family by the sea. She is a yoga and meditation practitioner, a proud founding member of the Women’s Equality Party and loves music, culture and dancing.
