You Collective is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. We take our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity seriously, ensuring that our business practices and those of our suppliers uphold the highest standards of human rights.

    1. 1.0

      Our business

      1. We are a small UK-based consultancy providing leadership development, team development, executive coaching and culture change consultancy to clients across the UK. We operate with a team of six employees and engage a limited number of trusted partners for specialist consultancy work, and suppliers in professional services such as IT support and accounting.

    2. 2.0

      Our supply chain

      1. Given the nature of our work, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low. Our suppliers are primarily UK-based professional service providers who are themselves subject to UK employment laws and ethical business practices.

Nonetheless, we remain vigilant and take steps to ensure transparency and accountability in how we and our suppliers operate.

    3. 3.0

      Our policies and practices

      1. We maintain policies and practices that reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. These include:

        • Ensuring all employees and contractors have the right to work in the UK.
        • Partnering only with suppliers who adhere to fair employment and ethical business standards.
        • Encouraging our team to raise any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical conduct through an open reporting culture.

    4. 4.0

      Training and awareness

      1. While we are a small team, we ensure that all staff are aware of the risks of modern slavery and understand how to identify and report potential concerns.

    5. 5.0

      Ongoing commitment

      1. We are committed to reviewing and improving our practices to ensure ongoing compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to maintain a supply chain free from exploitation.

    6. 6.0
